Your information

When you request a demo, Yurray stores the name, work email, company, and any optional phone number or message you submit. We use this information to respond, discuss a potential pilot, and keep a record of our follow-up.

Website activity

We count page visits, demo-button clicks, form starts, and submitted requests. We may record a referring website or campaign label. We estimate unique visitors from a keyed hash of your network address and browser information, and use your network address locally to estimate country and region. We classify device type from browser information. Raw IP addresses and full browser headers are not stored in analytics, and IP addresses are not sent to a geolocation service. The hashed identifier and coarse location/device details are retained with activity events for up to 90 days. These estimates can be inaccurate, particularly on shared networks or VPNs. Analytics does not include your name, email, or message. Location data is provided by DB-IP under CC BY 4.0. We do not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals disable optional activity tracking. Submitted-request counts are still recorded.

Storage and access

Requests are stored on our hosting infrastructure at Fly.io and are available through a protected lead inbox. Activity alerts may be delivered through our configured notification provider. Alerts link to the inbox rather than including your form details. We use short-lived, hashed network identifiers to limit spam.

Retention and requests

Website activity events are kept for up to 90 days. Demo requests are kept for follow-up and reviewed periodically for deletion when no longer needed. To ask about or request deletion of your information, use the request form and indicate that it is a privacy request. Please do not include sensitive financial records.
